Doulas are extremely beneficial to our birthing families, lower intervention rates, and help support families through this very emotional period. They have achieved recognition from ACOG as a part of the birthing team and our importance is seen around the world.

CAPPA doulas learn to build bridges in all areas of the birthing, from hospital to home. As a Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology Educator, I will bring some new information of this field into this doula training.
